The Cantabile Choirs of Kingston, Ontario, Canada were founded in the fall of 1996 under the Artistic Direction of Dr. Mark Sirett.

Over the years, Cantabile has grown and now includes 7 choirs and almost 300 voices. Since its inception, the organization has thrilled local and regional audiences in performances of a diverse range of choral repertoire from Canada and around the world,at an unrivalled standard of performance. Cantabile is proud to provide musical education for choristers and audiences in local performances of diverse and hight quality choral literature, and on national and international tours.

Cantabile’s choral season of 5 concerts often includes guests conductors and special musical guests, and commissions of new music from Canadian and international talents. Apart from the regular season,Cantabile's choirs branch out and perform locally. Cantabile is proud to be part of Kingston's thriving cultural community and welcomes sell-out audiences in its performance home, Sydenham Street United Church.
